摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,可累及感觉神经、运动神经及自主神经。糖尿病神经病变的发病机制目前尚不明确,明确其发病机制对探讨疾病的发生、发展有重要意义。临床上常结合神经传导速度、定量感觉检查等方法进行诊断。治疗应在血糖控制的基础上进行综合防治,如体育锻炼、改善胰岛素抵抗训练、应用药物等,治疗方案通常采取中西医结合治疗。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common chronic complication of diabetes,which can affect sensory nerve,motor nerve,and autonomic nerve.Pathogenesis of diabetic neuropathy is still unclear so far,and identification of the mechanism is important to explore the genesis and development of the disease.Diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by nerve conduction velocity,quantitative sensory testing and other methods are often applied in clinical.After the blood glucose is controlled,comprehensive prevention and control should be conducted including physical exercise,training for improvement of insulin resistance,and application of drugs etc..The treatment is often western and traditional Chineses medicine integrated solution.
