摘要
目的制备川利明涂剂,并观察其止痒祛痛的临床效果。方法将盐酸川芎嗪、盐酸利多卡因与盐酸苯海拉明组成复方,制成涂剂,并应用高效液相色谱法测定其中盐酸利多卡因的含量。选择临床不同原因所致的瘙痒或合并疼痛,在痒、痛最严重的皮区涂布该制剂,然后随访记录疗效。结果川利明涂剂为无色半透明的黏稠液体,其中盐酸利多卡因含量为5%;患者15例涂布后均取得明显效果,其中以老年性瘙痒、异物接触过敏以及烧伤疤痕组织形成期间发痒的疗效最佳。结论皮肤瘙痒或合并疼痛局部应用川利明涂剂不失为一种安全、有效的新方法。
Objective To prepare Chuan-Li-Ming-paint and observe its effects on pruritus and pain. Methods Ligustrazine hydrochloride, lidocaine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine Hydrochloride （ Chuan-Li-Ming-paint ） were made to compound paint. A HPLC method was established for determining the contents of lidocaine hydrochloride. Pruritus or with pain due to different causes was treated by Chuan-Li-Ming-paint, and its effects were recorded. Results Chuan-LiMing-paint is semitransparent colorless adhesive liquid, and the content of lidocaine hydrochloride is 5 0%. All of 15 patients treated showed obvious effects, especially in senile pruritus, hypersensitivity of skin to some substance and pruritus scar during formation after burn. Conclusion Local applica- tion of Chuan-Li-Ming-paint is a safe and effective method to relieve pruritus or with pain.
