摘要
通过对我校勘查技术与工程专业特色、培养模式和教改实践的研究分析,发现加强专业教师工程师素质培养对专业特色发展可以起到促进作用。培养专业教师工程师素质可以提高其教学水平和教学质量;鼓励教师到企业学习、锻炼,在进一步提高其工程实践能力的同时,还可以加强学校和企业之间的联系,有效促进产学研教的良性循环,进而为社会培养出高素质、有竞争力的专业人才奠定坚实的基础。
The study on the specialty characteristics, training pattern and teaching reform practice of Exploration Technology and Engineering shows that the engineer cultivation of teachers is strengthened to promote the development of specialty characteristics. The teaching level and quality of the specialty teachers can be improved through enhancing the engineer cultivation. Teachers are encouraged to behave in enterprises so as to improve their engineering practice ability, as well as the connections of university and enterprises are strengthened, the good circulation of production--learning--researching--teaching can be promoted effectively, then the stabilizing base is established to train specialty talents with high quality and competitiveness for society.
