摘要
高等学校肩负着为国家培养高级人才的重任,石油院校依托石油行业优势,通过在油田现场建立实习基地,聘请兼职教授讲学,学生参与教师的科研课题完成毕业设计,鼓励学生参加科技活动等途径培养"三创"人才。
Universities undertake the important task of cultivating advanced talents for country. Based on professional superiority, petroleum colleges cultivate talents by the means of establishing practice base in field site, retaining part-time teachers to give lectures, graduation project topic of students coming from scientific research topic of teachers and encouraging students taking part in scientific and technological activities, etc.
