摘要
本文报道了DTPA和811对大白鼠体内^(170)Tm促排的研究结果。实验结果表明,同时给 DTPA或811组24小时内尿、粪^(170)Tm 总排出量分别为对照组的8和7.5倍,DTPA 和811组间无显著差异,^(170)Tm 主要从尿中排出。两种药物延缓使用时均不如同时给药组效果明显,DTPA 促排效果明显优于811。
This paper reports the results about the effectiveness ofDTPA and 811 for removing thulium-170 from rats.A single doseof DTPA or 811(100mg/rat)was injected(I.M.)into rats immediatelyor 5,8,11 and 30 day after the intraperitoneal administration of ^(170)Tm(at 3.7kBq/g).It was shown that when DTPA and 811 was injectedimmediately,the excretion of ^(170)Tm in 24-hour urine and feces for ratsinjected with DTPA or 811 increased by factors of 8 and 7.5,respectively;as compared with the control,that increased excretion was mainly inurine;and that no difference was found between DTPA and 811.For dela-yed use the effectiveness of both DTPA and 811 was found to be less thanthat for their immediate administration and for removal of thulium,DTPAwas more effective than 811.These findings were also confirmed by thechanges in blackness of the autoradiograph of bone tissues on 30th dayafter administration.
