摘要
为了获得光纤透镜研磨与抛光过程中的球面光纤透镜的轮廓误差和位置误差,提供相应参数给控制系统来控制加工过程,首先对采集到的图像进行边缘提取、二值化和细化等处理,然后对提取的边缘像素点进行最小二乘拟合,并将拟合结果与标准球面光纤透镜相关数据进行对比,得到研磨抛光过程中的轮廓误差和位置误差,实现了光纤的CCD图像检测,实践表明,所采纳的CCD图像处理的相关方法能够满足了光纤研磨抛光加工的精度要求。
In order to obtain the roundness error and position error of the sphere fiber lens and provide some controlling parameters for the lapping and polishing process of optical fiber lens, firstly of all, a serial of suitable image processing are adopted such asthe edge detection, binary image production, thining and so on, and then the Least squares is used to fit edge pixels which have been extracted, and.the fitting result is contrasted to the standard data, finally the results on the roundness error and position error of the sphere fiber lens are obtained, the fiber' CCD image measuring method is realized. These have shown that above technological methods can basically meet the needs of precision lapping and polishing for optical fiber lens.
