摘要 单元标定即建立中心轴、偏心轴的运转脉冲数与中心轴、偏心轴实际转角的关系。在标定之前,需根据采样点拟合圆心和半径,拟合的精度直接影响标定与后续测量的精度。利用最小二乘法最小化误差的平方和拟合出圆心坐标和半径。介绍最小二乘拟合圆算法与VC实现代码,并通过实验结果加以验证。 Unit calibration is founding the correlation between running pulses of central-axle or bias-axle and its real running angles. Fitting circle and radius should be done before unit calibration. The precision of fitting will effect unit calibration and testing precision in the future. Minimizing the sum of squares of errors to fit circle center and radius using least squares method. Introducing algorithm of least squares fitting circle and its realization code in VC, and it is also verified by experimental result.
