摘要
教师专业化是未来教师发展的趋势，教师职业专业化需要高素质的教师，专业精神在教师专业化进程中起着重要引导、指向和激励作用。加强教师专业精神的研究，从传统职业道德升华到专业精神，对促进教师专业化和教师专业发展有着重要的理论与实践意义。
Teachers＇ professionalization is the tendency of teacher＇s development, it needs teachers with high quality. Teachers＇professional devotion makes an important role of direction and inspiration in teachers＇professionalization and teachers＇ professional development. The study of teachers＇ professional devotion which progresses from traditional moral to professional feelings has important theoretical and practical signification to teachers＇professionalization.
