摘要
高等职业院校积极开展社会培训既是落实国家职业教育政策方针和主动承担社会责任的具体体现,又是服务区域产业聚集发展的有力举措,对学校和社会均具有重要的现实意义。阐述了当下高等职业院校在开展社会培训的过程中面临的突出共性问题。实践中发现,成立高等职业院校产教融合培训中心,依托中心的创新建设和管理的成果,结合院校开展社会培训的经验,凝聚高等职业院校要开展社会培训的共识,构建高等职业院校“育培”双通道运行机制,建立高等职业院校“1+4”社会培训体系,实施“以人为本”学习组织模式,探索多方参与凸显“个人特质”的证书评价方式等途径和措施,能够解决高等职业院校开展社会培训面临的问题。
The active engagement of higher vocational colleges in social training is not only a concrete manifestation of implementing national vocational education policies and taking social responsibility but also a powerful measure to serve regional industrial agglomeration,holding significant practical importance for both institutions and society.This article elaborates on the prominent common issues faced by higher vocational colleges in conducting social training.In practice,it has been found that a consensus on the necessity of social training in higher vocational colleges is formed by establishing an industry-education integration training center in higher vocational colleges,leveraging the center’s innovative construction and management achievements,and combining the experience of institutions in social training.This study proposes building a“dual-channel”operation mechanism for education and training in higher vocational colleges,establishing a“1+4”social training system,implementing a“people-oriented”learning organization model,and exploring a multi-party participation evaluation method for certificates that highlights“personal traits”and thereby addressing the challenges faced by higher vocational colleges in conducting social training.
