摘要 针对福建龙岩某离心压缩机生产中转子振动的实际故障,从结构、组成分析入手,总结故障的类型、特征及原因,并运用频谱分析法提出改进措施。经一年来的使用证明,该法先进、简单、便捷、实用,有推广应用价值。 The faults of the rotor vibration of a centrifugal compressor in Longyan in Fujian province were diagnosed. The type, characteristic and cause of the faults were analyzed and summarized. Applying the method of frequency spectrum analysis, some structural improvements were proposed. Its application in the past year verified that this method was advanced, simple, convenient and practical.
