摘要
提出了一种组成平面机构的方法,提出了平面内由若干构件通过高副和低副连接而成的构件组的概念,找出了构件组自由度为0的运动平衡条件,给出了5构件以内构件组的基本型,通过典型机构组成实例,阐述了构件组基本型在平面机构组成分析中的应用。
A kind of method for composing the planar mechanism was raised, the concept of components group composed by a number of components being connected by means of high pair and low pair has been put forward. The motion equilibrium condition for the degree of freedom of components group to be zero was found out. The basic pattern of components group within 5 components was presented. By means of typical mechanism to compose a living example, and the application of basic pattern of components group in the composition analysis of planar mechanism was expounded.
