胰腺干细胞研究进展及应用前景

Research Advancement and Perspective Application of Pancreas Stem Cell

摘要 胰腺炎、糖尿病、胰腺癌等胰腺疾病严重影响人类健康,胰腺干细胞移植治疗糖尿病取得了极大成功,使胰腺干细胞成为干细胞领域研究的热点之一。本文对胰腺干细胞的特征、分化机制及应用前景进行综述。 Pancreatic diseases, such as pancreatitis, diabetes and pancreatic carcinoma, cause wide spread harm to human healthy. Pancreas stem cell transplantation archives a great success for the treatment of diabetes, which becomes one of research focus in stem cell domain. The article reviews the character, differentiation mechanism and application perspective of pancreas stem cell.
