摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针等先进分析技术,对34CrMo4钻杆焊接热影响区的缺陷进行了检测分析。结果表明,在34CrMo4钻杆原材料中存在严重的微合金成分偏析,34CrMo4钻杆的焊接热影响区缺陷为局部组织过烧,原材料中局部合金元素的严重偏析是导致其过烧的主要因素。
Defects in heat-affected zone of 34CrMo4 drill pipe were investigated by means of some advanced technologies, such as optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe microanalyzer, etc. The results showed that there existed serious microalloy composition segregation in 34CrMo4 drill pipe' s raw materials and the defects in 34CrMo4 drill pipe' s heat-affected zone were due to local burning. It was the serious segregation of some alloying elements in raw materials that caused the local burning.
