摘要
30CrMnMo钢板因热处理后产生裂纹而判废,给生产企业降本增效带来不利影响。采用低倍、金相等检测手段对裂纹原因进行系统研究,结果表明:钢板边部在淬火应力作用下产生微细裂纹,火焰切割时钢板端部的组织应力在裂纹处形成应力集中,超过钢板的断裂强度时诱发宏观裂纹。
The rejection of 30CrMnMo steel plate due to cracking after heat treatment results in adverse effect on the steel plate production enterprise to reduce costs and inrease benefits.Systematic study is carried out on the cracking causes by means of macroscopic and metallographic examination.The results show that microcracks are initiated at the plate side by quenching stress,microstructure stress at plate ends concentrates in cracking area in the process of flame cutting,which induces macrocracks when the stress concentration exceeds the rupture resistance of steel plate.
