摘要
本文采用HPLC和薄层层析分析法,对红芝子实体和菌丝体的有机溶酸性化合物作了分析。结果表明子实体和菌丝体的酸性化合物种类明显不同,相同的化合物在含量上也存在差异。
We analyzed and compared the acid components of Ganoderma lucidum(Fr )Karst from fruit bodies and mycelia mat of static liquid culture by HPLC and TLC. The results showed that the acid components from fruit bodies are much more than that of mycelium in the style and amount. This may be related with the growth stages of Ganoderma Lucidum(Fr.)Karst.
