摘要
目的分析脑静脉性血管瘤(cerebral venous angiomas,CVA)的影像学表现,探讨不同影像学技术对CVA的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析13例CVA的影像学表现。13例均行常规平扫和增强MRI、扩散加权成像(DWI)、MR静脉成像(MRV),其中2例行DSA检查;2例行CTA检查。结果13例中,血管瘤位于顶枕叶4例、脑干1例、额叶4例、小脑半球4例。均表现为多支细小髓静脉汇入一支或多支粗大的引流静脉,呈现"水母头"样改变。结论"水母头征"是CVA的典型表现。MRI和CT均是诊断CVA的有效方法,MRI可作为首选的检查手段用于CVA的诊断中。
Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze imaging appearance of cerebral venous angiomas ( CVA), and to discuss the clinical value of various imaging modalities in diagnosing CVA. Materials and Methods Imaging data of 13 patients with CVA were analyzed retrospectively. Results Conventional noncontrast and enhanced MRI and MR venography (MRV) were performed in all 13 patients, digital subtract angiography (DSA) in two patients, and CT angiography (CTA) in two patients. Of 13 CVA,4 lesions were located in parietal and occipital lobes, one lesion in brain stem,4 lesions in frontal lobe, and 4 lesions in cerebellums. All lesions appeared Caput medusae sign, in which multiple small veins were confluent into one or multiple large veins. Conclusion Caput medusae sign is the typical appearance of CVA. Both MRI and CT are useful modalities for the detection of CVA, MRI should be the first choice modality for the diagnosis of CVA.
