摘要
以大白菜为母本,甘蓝型油菜、甘蓝为父本进行人工远缘杂交试验。结果表明,大白菜×甘蓝型油菜的亲和程度较高,大白菜×甘蓝的亲和程度很差,二者有效结实指数分别为0.35-4.29和0.01-0.58,真杂种率分别为36%-100%和0;杂交的败育可分为胚败和芽败;产生大量假杂种的原因是去雄不尽,花粉污染和无融合生殖。
The index of compatibility is higher for the artificial cross in Chinese cabbage (Brassica Campestris L ssp penkinensis Lour Olsson)×European rape (Brassica napus L) which is due to the closer biosystematic relationship between chinese cabbage and European rape. The index of effective single pod is 0. 35~4.29 and the ratio of pure hybrid seed is 36%~100%. Planting and natural suspectivety in field indicated that the sterile of interspecific hybridization from Chianese cabbage×European rape can be divided into embryo sterile and bud sterile. Chinese cabbage×European rape and chinese cabbage×cabbage produced a lot of false hybrid seed, this is because (1)the male flower was not completely removed; (2)pollen polluction; (3) apomixis.
