摘要
以彩心建兰的原球茎为材料,采用液体悬浮培养,选择适宜的接种密度,继代周期,pH值,振荡速度等可促进原球茎增殖的因素进行了研究,结果表明:1/2MS液体振荡培养,接种密度1.0~1.5g/瓶,继代周期20d,pH值4.6~4.8,可提高成苗率.试管苗经炼苗成功移栽.
In the present experiments, Cymbidium ensifolium was cultured in liquid suspension media. To optimize the conditions for C. ensifolium protocorm′s growth, the effects of subculture density, culture days, pH and skaking speed were studied. It was proved that the plant percentage of protocorm′s growth could be enhanced under 1/2 MS liquid suspension shake culture, subculture density 1.0 ̄1.5 g/bottle, culture 20 days, pH4.6 ̄4.8。 The propagated plantlets were transferred into pots successfully after adaptation.
