摘要
公司重组是一种复杂的、多维度的社会经济现象。国内以往的企业重组研究在概念、内涵和外延等方面与国外公司重组研究存在重大区别。为此,文章首先对国内外公司重组研究中的概念进行了比较,进而清晰界定了公司重组的内涵和外延,在此基础上对国内外公司重组研究的背景、现状和现存问题进行了简要的回顾和评述,最后对未来公司重组研究议程进行了展望。
Corporate restructuring is a complex and multidimensional economic and social phenomenon.The concept,connotation and extension in our research are different from those in international research.The author compares the concepts in domestic and overseas research and clarifies the connotation and extension of corporate structuring.After analyzing the background and status quo of the research at home and abroad,the author offers a prospect for future study on the issue.
