摘要
利用传真芯片设计开发了一种通过低速率数字信道进行传真通信的系统,该系统不同于以往利用模拟电话电路进行传真的通信方式,其基本原理是利用传真芯片模拟传真机,与G3类传真机完成传真通信流程,获得传真数据,进而通过存贮转发或者同步口信道将这些数据发送到对端,完成传真通信。这样可以充分利用现有的大量的数字信道,特别是那些速率较低的信道,极大地扩展了传真业务的应用范围。
In this paper, we design a system which can implement fax communication in the low-data rate digital channel. Different with the fax communication mode by using analog telephone circuit, it adopts a kind of high performance fax modem chip simulated as the FAX-machine to complete the process of fax communications and then obtain the fax data. We can transfer the data by two ways as follow : store the data at first and then transmit in proper channel, or transmit the data by Synchronous Serial Port. So we can fully use the existing digital channels, especially the low-data rate channel to extend the applications of fax communications.
