摘要
Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ发展十分迅速，不仅入网的计算机数量增长迅猛，而且许多电信业务也逐步在Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上实现。文章分析了Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ中实现传真业务的几种可能形式，并着重介绍了利用调制解调器（ＭＯＤＥＭ）构造一块接口卡，完成电话号码到ＩＰ地址的映射，从而通过ＰＳＴＮ实现Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ中的传真通信。
With the rapid development of the Internet,the number of computers connected to it is on the increase and more and more telecommunications business is being done via the Internet.This paper discusses several possible modes of realizing fax communication via the Internet and describes how to construct an interface card by means of MODEM and reflect the telephone number to the IP address so that fax communication via the Internet is made possible by PSTN.
