摘要
制备了聚糖液晶溶液,并采用偏光显微镜(POM)、流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等分别对液晶织构、黏度、相转变性能进行了研究。结果表明:壳聚糖呈现典型的胆甾相液晶织构;其溶液黏度随浓度及剪切力的变化规律符合高分子液晶溶液的变化规律;在DSC升、降温曲线上分别存在吸热峰和放热峰。
Chitosan liquid crystalline(LC) solution were prepared, and the texture and viscosity and order-disorder transformation of chitosan were studied by polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and rheometry and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)respectively. The results show that the chitosan LC present fingerprint-like texture, the changes of viscosity with the concentration and stress are similiar to LC polymer solution, and endothermic peaks and exothermic peaks are present in the heating and cooling curves respectively.
