摘要 通过苯甲醛与壳聚糖形成希夫碱保护氨基,用环氧氯丙烷交联制备了模板占位保护型壳聚糖树脂(PT-CTS)和无保护下的交联壳聚糖(UNPT-CTS)及在非均相条件下使用冷冻干燥法制备的多孔型乙酰化壳聚糖(P-CT).红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了合成树脂的结构,原子力显微技术(AFM)分析了新型树脂的粒度分布.考察了三种树脂对水杨酸的吸附和在不同pH条件下的缓释行为,推测了PT-CTS对水杨酸吸附的物理化学机理.结果表明,PT-CTS相对于UNPT-CTS和P-CT有较高的吸附量和初始吸附能力,PT-CTS的缓释行为表现出稳定的缓释能力并对介质酸度变化有强烈的依赖性,可作为潜在的肠道靶向药物缓释剂. Template-occupying protected-chitosan resin (PT-CTS) was prepared to protect the amino group by forming Schiff base between benzaldehyde and chitosan, and using epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent. For comparision, the cross-linked unprotected-chitosan (UNPT-CTS) and porous acetylated-chitosan (P-CT) were prepared by means of freeze-drying under heterogeneous condition. The structure and granularity of resin characterized by FTIR and AFM, and salicylic acid adsorption to the three resins and the sustained release behavior under different pH were studied. Physicochemical principle for the absorption was proposed. The results indicate that PT-CTS had the higher adsorption quantity and initial adsorption ability in comparison with UNPT-CTS and P-CT, the sustained release behavior of PT-CTS exhibited a'steady ability and a strong dependence on the acidity in the medium. PT-CTS could be used as a potential slow-released agent to the intestinal canal.
