摘要
以法兰长杆件法兰部分的冷摆辗成形工艺为研究对象,建立了三维刚塑性有限元分析模型,对该工艺的成形过程进行了模拟研究,得到了变形过程中工件上的应力应变分布、应变速率分布以及上述场量的变化过程,为进一步掌握摆动辗压变形机理、制订合理的工艺参数提供了理论依据。
The cold rotary forging technology of flange-type workpiece with a long rod wasresearched and the rigid-plastic finite element analysis model was set up. The forming process ofthis technology was simulated by the finite element method. The distributions of stress, strainand strain rate on a workpiece and their changing process during the deforming process wereobtained. These results provided a theoretical basis for grasping the deforming mechanism ofrotary forging and selecting reasonable technology parameters.
