摘要
【目的】鉴定中国糯大麦种质及了解中国糯大麦的地理分布状况。【方法】采用I2-KI染色方法,对7 713份中国栽培大麦种质资源进行糯性鉴定及地理分布研究。【结果】共鉴定出252份糯大麦品种,主要分布在黄河中下游、长江中下游和云贵、青藏高原。其中黄河中下游分布区是以河南为中心,长江中下游分布区以江苏为中心,云贵、青藏高原以云南和西藏为中心。【结论】中国糯大麦品种资源丰富,地理分布区域广泛。研究中国糯大麦可以更好地促进专用大麦育种筛选优异种质,为进一步研究中国糯大麦遗传资源起源奠定基础。
[ Objective] In order to get waxy identification and understand fully the geographical distribution of waxy barley in China. [ Method ] 7713 Chinese barley landraces or cultivars were carded on by I2 - KI staining method in this study. [ Result ] The results showed that a total of 252 accessions were waxy barley varieties and mainly distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the Yangtze River and Yunnan-Guizhou, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Henan province and Jiangsu province are the distribution center in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River, respectively, while Yunnan-Guizhou and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau take Yunnan and Tibet as distribution centers respectively. [Conclusion] China is a region abundant and far-ranging geographical distribution in waxy barley genetic resources. Study for waxy barley in China can better accelerate the filtration of excellent germplasm resources for appropriative barley breeding, which will be the foundation for further analysis of origin of waxy barley genetic resources.
