摘要
土地征用制度是经济发展方式形成的重要影响因素。我国现行土地征用制度是形成目前经济发展方式的重要制度原因。因此,要实现经济发展方式的转变就必须改革现行土地征用制度,新型土地征地制度也必须符合转变经济发展方式的要求。
The land expropriation system is the major factor to form economic growth pattern. The existing land expropriation system is the important reason to form the current economic growth pattern. Therefore, in order to achieve the transformation of economic growth pattern, we need to establish the new land expropriation system meeting the requirement of the transformation of economic growth pattern.
