摘要
我国铁路机车维修机制一直采用单一的"计划预防修"维修制度,这种维修机制不仅使机车运用效率低,而且增加了维修成本,也不利于机车可靠性的提高。分析了我国铁路机车实行"可靠性为中心的维修"机制的可行性,通过科学地确定检修周期、采用先进检测诊断技术、准确界定检修范围等优化了机车检修机制,并在实际运用中取得很好效果。
The single scheming prevent maintenance system has been adopt to our locomotive for a long time, its shortcomings are not only to debase the locomotive efficiency; to increase maintenance cost, but also to reduce reliability of locomotive.The feasibility of adopting RCM system is analyzed in this paper, some measurment, such as ascertaining scientific repair period, adopting advanced diagnostic technique, deciding reasonable maintain bound and so forth, have been put in practice in order to optimize the maintenance system, and the successful effect has been achieved.
