摘要
目前,我国正在进行铁道机车车辆的修制改革,本文对我国机辆修制进行了理论探讨,对状态修制的实施提出了看法,最后指出,我国铁路应加强维修理论方面的研究,论述了维修工程理论范畴,指出了亟待开展的机辆维修方面的理论工作。
China is undergoing a reform of locomotive and car maintenance system. The article makes a theoretical approach to the system and a few comments on the exercise of a failure-repair system. It points out that the Chinese Railway should strengthen its study on maintenance theory. briefs the maintenance engineering theoretical range, and emphasized the urgency for carrying out the theoretical study on locomotive and car maintenance.
