摘要
发本文对卧式座标镗主轴箱作了全面的受力分析和计算，建立了受力模型，并提出了四边形对角线法，从而得到稳定的机床垂直座标定位精度。
In this paper, a comprehensive force analysis and the calculation for the spindle head of a horizontal jig borer has been conducted, the model of applied forces is established, and the quadrilateral diagonal method is put forward. Thus, a stable positioning accuracy for vertical coordinate of this machine is obtained.
