摘要
本文叙述了我们研制的座标镗床单板机监控装置的技术性能、设计方案、工作原理以及硬软件的抗干扰措施等.该单板机监控装置的实现,成功地满足了普通座标镗床加工剑杆织机墙板的工艺要求,该装置的设计思想及线路原理也适用于其它类似机床的技术改造.
This paper describes the design principles and functionality of a Micro-computer Supervising Device (MSD) developed by us on a kind of Jig BoringMachine (IBM). Some interference-free methods both in software and hard-ware are also presented. As our MSD implemented machining the frames ofrapier looms on a common JBM can meet the technological requirementssuccessfully. The design ideas and the circuit principles of our MSD mayalso be applied to other similar machines.
