摘要
应用博弈论建立了制造商与服务商均以利润最大化为定价目标时,第三方物流服务的定价模型,给出了不同系统状态、不同决策方式下第三方物流服务定价的均衡策略及结果,比较了这些均衡状态的异同,证明了合作决策下的定价均衡是一种适应第三方物流作为一种长期互利战略合作伙伴关系特点的良好机制.研究结果对制造商或服务商的伙伴选择,策略选择以及在长期互利的战略合作伙伴关系下如何就该问题进行有效的沟通,协调和管理等具有较好的参考价值.
Using game theory pricing models for third-party logistics services are constructed, where the objective is maximizing profits of a manufacturer and a service provider. The equilibrium prices, service levels, and service quantities under different decision modes and different systematic states of third-party logistics relationship are given, the difference of the equilibriums are compared. And the analysis of this paper shows that the equilibrium in cooperation decision mode is a good mechanism, which fits the characteristics of the third-party logistics as a long-time, mutually beneficial, strategi- cally co-operational partnership. The results can be used as tools to support manufacturer or service provider to select a cooperator, pricing tactics, and to communicate, coordinate, and manage the third-party logistics service relationship.
