摘要
用不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3混合液对沙枣种子进行了种子萌发实验,观察沙枣种子在不同浓度盐碱胁迫下的发芽率和发芽指数。结果表明:低浓度混合盐碱溶液对沙枣种子的萌发具有促进作用,发芽率和发芽指数明显升高,而高浓度混合盐碱溶液处理则抑制沙枣种子萌发,发芽率和发芽指数均下降。
An experiment was conducted to study the germination rate and germination index of Elaeagnus angustifolia seeds treated with different concentrations of mixed liquor of NaCl, Na2 SO4 , NaHCO3 and Na2 CO3. Restdt showed that low salt concentration of mixed liquor could promote the germination of E. angustifolia seeds according to the obvious increase of germination rate and germination index under mixed salt stress, while high salt concentration of mixed liquor could inhibit seed germination for germination rate and germination index all decreased.
