水盐胁迫对向日葵幼苗生长发育的影响 被引量:27

摘要 通过不同水平水盐处理的盆栽试验,研究了向日葵幼苗对水分、盐分胁迫的响应。试验结果表明:在含盐量低于0.5%的盐渍化土壤中进行节水灌溉是可行的。幼苗初期灌水方案的选取对其生长影响较小,苗期灌水量维持在(35%~45%)θfc即可。现蕾期的灌水量则制约株高的生长,此段时间适宜灌水水平为(55%~65%)θfc。盐分水平不同对向日葵种籽的萌发时间和出苗率影响不同,含盐量达到0.8%时,则超过其耐盐能力向日葵种子不能萌发。 The pot experiments were conducted under difference water-salt treatment on crop growth process. The results indicated that it is feasible that water-saving irrigation in the saline soil while salt content under (0.5%). No effect of seedling on different irrigated scheme, it is feasible soil moisture is (35%~45%) θ_(fc) . The height of plants were limited by water content in the squaring stage, it is feasible soil moisture is (55%~65%) θ_(fc) in this during stage. The effect of germinating time and rate emergence were different under difference salt stress, seeds of sunflower could not germinated while exceeding 0.8% salt content.
