摘要
采用一步法竞争原理,用放射免疫分析法对149例各种晚期恶性肿瘤病人的血清白细胞介素2(Interleukin,IL-2)水平进行检测。结果显示,各晚期恶性肿瘤组血清IL-2水平均显著低于正常对照组(p<0.001),且这种低水平血清IL-2浓度的患者愈后极差,平均生存期为24.5±18d,有16例血清IL-2水平<1.5ng/ml者,在3.8±1.8d内死亡。提示,血清IL-2水平测定适用于各种晚期恶性肿瘤病人病情监测及对预后的判断。
Serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) levels were determinted with radioimmun-assay in 149 patients with various far advanced malignant tumors.The result showed that the levels of serum interleukin-2 in those patients were significant lower than those in controls (p<0.00l). The prognosis of this group of patients was very poor, their median survival time was 24.5±18 days. Sixteen patients whose serum IL-2 levels were lower than 1.5ng/ml died within 3.8±1.8 days. It is suggested that the measurement of serum IL-2 level can be used for surveillance of the progression of the disease and is of prognostic value.
