摘要
目的分析西双版纳州登革热疫情状况,制定有效的防控方案。方法收集全州境内近3年登革热监测的相关资料进行回顾性研究。结果2005～2007年间,全州共发现6例登革热输入病例;白纹伊蚊成蚊种群数量较高,幼虫布雷图指数大多超过了20;健康人群登革热抗体水平逐年上升,出境务工或经商的人群数量逐年增加。结论西双版纳州登革热输入病例防控形势严峻,必须加强监测工作。
Objective To analyze the infectious status of dengue fever in Xishuangbanna from 2005 to 2007. Methods The data in monitoring of dengue fever in Xishuangbanna in the recent 3 years,were collected and analyzed. Results Totally 6 imported dengue fever patients were reported in the whole prefecture. The population density of Ae.albopictus was high and its Breteau Index was over 20 and the level of anti-dengue antibody in the residents was increased annually. The quantity of mobile businessen and floating workers in areas out of the prefecture was also inceasing. Conclusions The status of dengue fever control is serious, and monitoring activity be strengthened in Xishuangbanna.
