云南部分地区登革热传播媒介调查 被引量:18

摘要 目的了解登革热主要传播媒介白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊在云南的分布情况。方法人工诱捕成蚊调查、CDC诱蚊灯诱捕成蚊以及在各种孳生地进行幼虫调查等3种方法进行调查。结果人工诱捕蚊虫成蚊4属17种764只,登革热主要媒介白纹伊蚊535只,占70·03%、埃及伊蚊108只情况;幼虫调查中捕获蚊虫4属20种1218只,白纹伊蚊451只,构成比占37·28%;CDC诱蚊灯诱捕成蚊捕获蚊虫3属18种1022只,未捕到伊蚊。结论结果显示云南蚊虫种类繁多,登革热主要媒介白纹伊蚊在云南分布较广,埃及伊蚊呈局部分布,危险因素大量存在,一旦条件适合,可能引起登革热疾病的流行。 Objective To understand the distribution of Aedes albopictus, the transmission vector of dengue fever in Yunnan Province. Methods The larvae of Ae. Albopictus larval breeding sites were captured and adult mosquitoes were collected by CDC lamp trap. Results Totally 764 mosquitoes belonged to 17 species of 4 genus were collected by human - landing including 535 Ae. Albopictu accounted 70.03%s. Among of them, 108 Ae. aegypti mosquitoes were collected from Ruili County accounted for 92. 31% in the locality. 1 218 larvae belonged to 20 species of 4 genus were collected in the breeding sites including 451 Ae. Alboictus, accoutered for 37.28% of the total. 1 022 adult mosquitoes belonged to 18 species of 3 genus were collected by using CDC lamp traps. But no Aedes was traped. Conclusion There are a variety of mosquito species in Yunnan Province and the main vector of the Dengue fever is Ae. alboictu and it is widely distributed in the whole Yunnan Province. The anotherr important vector of dengue fever is Ae. aegypti distributed in local area and outbreak of dengue fever might occur when there is the condition suitable for the prevalence of the disease.
