多溴联苯醚对哺乳动物的毒性作用及机制 被引量:3

摘要 多溴联苯醚(polybrominateddiphenylethers,PBDEs)作为溴化阻燃剂在消费品中被广泛使用,是受到全球关注的持久性环境污染物。实验研究显示,PBDEs能导致哺乳动物持久的行为改变,特别是运动活动和认知行为,此外,还具有生殖毒性、胚胎毒性、肝肾毒性和致癌性等。但关于PBDEs的毒性作用机制还不明确,人群研究资料匮乏。我们主要就PBDEs对哺乳动物的发育毒性作一简要综述。
