摘要
将１８０只迪卡鸡随机分成４组，每组４５只，１组为对照，２，３，４组分别饲喂含铜０．２５，０．５０和０．７５ｇ·ｋｇ－１的混合料，在试验的第０，１５，３０，４５，６０和７５ｄ，分别测定各组的血液学指标。结果表明，在饲喂第７５ｄ，第４组与其它各组比较，红细胞计数（ＲＢＣ）、血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、红细胞压积容量（ＰＣＶ）明显降低，白细胞计数（ＷＢＣ）、红细胞平均血红蛋白量（ＭＣＨ）、红细胞平均容积（ＭＣＶ）明显增高，而红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度（ＭＣＨＣ）变化不明显。假嗜酸性白细胞在试验４５ｄ时，４组与１，３组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
One hundred Dekalb hens were randomly divided into four groups (45 per group) and fed the diet supplemented with copper at the levels of 0,0.25,0.50 and 0.75 g·kg-1 diet for groups 1,2,3 and 4 respectively.During 0,15,30,45,60 and 70 d of feeding,blood items of each group were measured respectively.The results indicated that the number of blood RBC,Hb,PCV was significantly dropped,number of WBC,MCH,MCV increased and no difference in MCHC concentration among the groups while the hens were fed with copper of 0.75 g·kg-1 diet at 75 d.During 45 d of feeding,the number of blood pseudoacidocyte was significantly different in group 4 compared with those in the groups 1 and 3(P<0.05).
