摘要
以矮秆品种申香粳4号与9117、寒丰等半矮生性品种及高秆品种老来青等杂交,分析申香粳4号矮秆基因的遗传。结果表明:申香粳4号与9117、寒丰等品种杂交时,F2代的株高分布只有一个峰,偏向高的亲本一方,株高遗传由微效基因控制。与老来青等杂交时,F2株高分布出现两个峰,株高遗传由单基因控制。
Crosses of drawf variety Shenxiangjing No. 4 with two semi-drawf varieties(9117, Hanfeng) and one long-stalked variety (Laolaiqing)were made to analyse the transmission of drawfing genes in Shenxiangjing No. 4. The results showed that in the crosses ofShenxiangjing No. 4 with semi-draw f varieties (9117, Hanfeng), there is only one peak valueof plant height in F, generations,which inclined toward the higher parent,so the draw f maybe controlled by minor genes. In the cross of Shenxiangjing No. 4 with Laolaiqing,there aretwa peak values of plant height in F2 generation,so the draw f may be controlled by a singlegene.
