寒丰株高和穗粒性状的遗传分析 被引量:1

摘要 以寒丰等矮秆品种与农虎6号等高秆品种杂交,分析了寒丰株高和穗粒性状的遗传规律。结果表明:寒丰的矮秆性状乃由一对隐性基因控制,可能与十石的半矮生隐性基因同一位。点.同时还受负向修饰基因影响;用寒车配置的杂交组合,F1的每穗实粒数呈现超亲优势,其穗长和每穗实粒数的广义遗传力较高.育种时用寒丰作杂交亲本,低世代的选择效果较为理想。 crosses of three short-stalked varieties like Hanfeng and three long-stalkedvarieties like Nonghu No.6 were made to analyse genetic transmission of plant height andpanicle-grain characters of variety Hanfeng. The results showed that short-straw character ofHanfeng was controlled by a single recessive gene which was probably in the same gene locusas variety Shishi; and possibly was also affected by some negative modifier genes. In thecrosses with Hanfeng as one of parents;the number of filled grains per panicle in F1 was morethan that of parents;representing transgressive hybrid vigor. The hereditability(in broadsense)of panicle length and number of filled grains per panicly of variety Hanfeng was higherthan that of other varieties tested.which indicated that the selection effects in rice crossbreeding may be better if Hanfeng is used as one of parents.
