摘要
对鸭瘟病毒及共核酸进行了电镜观察。纯化病毒经核酸酶降解杂核酸后，加入８５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的尿素释放病毒核酸，经水相法展开后用碳膜铜网点样，再经染色和真空喷镀，于电镜下观察。鸭温病毒呈典型的疱疹病毒形状，其核酸分子量估算约为９１１×１０６道尔顿。
In this paper we reported the eletronic microscopy examination of Duck Plague Virus(DPV)and its nucleic acid.The DNA of purified DPV was liberated from the particle by 85mol/L urea and was examined using tge EM technique.DPV particle showed thd morphological characters of the Herpesviridae,and the molecular weight of DPV DNA Was measured to about 91×106 Dalton.
