摘要
玉竹是一种观赏价值极高的野生地被植物,可用于园林中的遮阴环境。目前人工栽培玉竹主要靠根茎繁殖,其繁殖系数较低,关于种子萌发的研究不多,有必要确定种子萌发的适宜条件,为野生玉竹的引种驯化和园林应用提供理论依据。笔者采用了温度、光照、浸种等不同处理对崂山地区野生玉竹种子萌发特性进行了研究,结果表明:玉竹种子萌发的适宜温度为20℃、20℃/25℃和25℃;避光处理对种子萌发有较明显促进作用;在35～40℃温水中浸种18～24h有利于种子萌发,发芽率为86.7%。
Polygonatum odoratum is a kind of wild value cover plant which has been viewed and admired extremely high and can be used in the shade garden environment.At present manpower cropping Polygonatum odoratum officinalis breeds are mainly by the rhizome.The modulus of manpower breeding is comparatively low.The researches on seeds germination was not much concerned.It is necessary to determine the appropriate conditions for seeds germination,providing the oretical basis of wild Polygonatum odoratum on introduction,domestication and garden applications.Germinate characteristic of wild Polygonatum odoratum in Laoshan Mountain area were studied in this paper,by using different treatments such as temperature,light,soaking seeds.The results show that：the optimum germination temperature was alternating temperatures at 20℃/25 ℃ and constant temperature at 20 ℃ or 25 ℃,Dark treatment had obviously effect on germination,the best seed soaking conditions of Polygonatum odoratum was 18-24 hours in 35-40 ℃ warm waters,germination rate reached to 86.7%.
