海拔梯度对多花黄精生长及多糖含量的影响 被引量:23

Effect of Different Elevation Gradients on the Growth and Polysaccharide Content of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua

摘要 以毛竹林冠下种植的多花黄精根茎繁殖苗为研究对象,探讨不同海拔梯度(150-300、300-450、450-600、600-800、800-1000、1000-1200 m)对多花黄精生长及多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同海拔梯度对多花黄精生长影响较为显著,多花黄精的生长量和多糖含量随海拔升高呈逐渐下降趋势,以海拔150-600 m范围内多花黄精的生长量和根茎质量较高,2年生多花黄精的保存率、地径、高度、根茎总产量、根茎多糖含量的平均值分别达91.6%、0.57 cm、62.5 cm、6109.29kg·hm-2、13.5%;选择海拔600 m以下区域范围内的毛竹林冠下种植多花黄精较适宜。研究结果对多花黄精最适栽培区域选择具有一定参考价值。 The effects were analyzed that Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua rhizome propagation seedlings were plantted under bamboo forest canopy by set six different altitude gradient (150 -300,300- 450,450 - 600,600 - 800,800 -1000,1000 - 1200 m). The resuits showed that : the effects of different altitude gradients on the growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were significant, the growth quantity and the quality of the rhizome were higher in the range from 150 m to 600 m,preservation rate,ground diameter,height,the total quality of rhizome,rhizome polysaecharide content were 91.6% ,0. 57 cm,62. 5 era,6109. 29 kg · hm-2, 13.5% ;the growth quantity and the content of polysaccharide in the Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were decreased with the increase of altitude, it was more suitable of plantting in the area below the altitude of 600 m. The study could provide reference to choose the most suitable culti- vation area for Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
