摘要
文章在分析汽车生产过程的物料流的基础上,根据物料的不同形状和需求将物料划分为直接供货件、排序件及捆扎件,并建立了不同的配送方法。为实现混流汽车总装配线上物料及时准确地配送,建立了汽车装配过程的的物料拉动方法及大件物料的看板控制流程。采用基于现场总线信息融合技术,建立3层网络结构的物料信息采集与管理信息系统,实现了汽车混流装配过程的物料协同配送与精细化管理。
The delivering material were classified into direct delivering parts, sequencing parts and bundle parts in according to different demand and configuration on the basis of analyzing the material flow of general automobile assembly process, which were distributed by different method. In order to feed material timely & properly in the mixed model general automobile assembly shop, the material pull systems and the Kanban control were developed. The information collected and calling system of material of three network structure based on field-bus was established in order to monitor material visually. The material information system implemented the fine management of automobile assembly process.
