摘要
目前的RFID技术应用大都是通过CAN总线来实现,但CAN总线协议代码复杂、调试困难、开发效率低,因此制约了RFID的应用开发.本文以汽车起动机自动生产线为例,介绍了开发效率很高的西门子基于以太网的RFID解决方案,并阐述了自主开发的上层通讯协议的管理程序.系统运行验证,在实时性和通讯成功率等方面性能指标良好,满足设计要求.
RFID applications are implemented in the current through the CAN bus , but CAN bus protocol is complex to encode and difficult to debug , low efficiency to develop , which restrict the development of RFID applications .The paper introduced the highly efficient Siemens Ethernet -based RFID solution on the example of car starter automatic production line , and described the independent development of the management procedures of the upper layer protocol .By running the system , the design has good performance in real -time and communi-cation success rate , which meets the system requirements .
