摘要
针对建设项目造价控制的重要性,从决策阶段、设计阶段就如何加强建设工程造价控制进行了探讨,并提出了具体的控制措施,以合理控制工程造价,提高建设项目的经济效益和施工企业的竞争力。
Aiming at the importance of the costs control in the construction programs, the paper explores how to improve the costs control of the construction projects from the decision stage and the design stage, and points out some actual control measures, so as to have a reasonable control over the project costs, and to enhance the economic benefits of the construction programs and the competitiveness of the construction enterprises.
