摘要
针对高校基建的特点,从决策设计、招标投标、施工组织管理、竣工结算各阶段,对如何控制工程造价进行了论述,提出了一些切实可行的方法,从而确保工程质量,提高投资效益。
To the characteristic of colleges and universitise capital construction, this paper discussed how to control the engineering cost and put forward some practical ways, from the different phases of desicion and design, tendering and bidding, contructing organization and administration, and accomplishment and accountment, in order to ensure engineering quality and increase benefits.
