摘要
阐述了施工索赔的概念,分析了发生索赔的原因,介绍了几种常见的索赔类型,并结合工程实践就如何做好索赔工作从证据和程序及策略等方面进行了探讨,以搞好施工索赔工作,从而保证项目成本目标的实现。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the claims the concept of construction claim is introduced as well as several common claim types. Combined with practical work the question that how to do claim work well is discussed from evidence, procedure, strategies and other aspects in order to do claim work well to ensure the realization of cost objectives.
