从投标报价、施工组织、成本管理、验工计价、合理索赔、工程保险等方面介绍了在铁路外资标施工的体会,从而进一步完善施工质量管理及监督机制,从总体上提高我国铁路设计和建设水平。
From quotation of price, construction organization, cost control, examine and value, rational claim, engineering insurance and other aspects the experiences in construction of foreign-funded bid railway projects are introduced, in order to perfect construction quality management and supervision mechanism to improve railway design and construction level as a whole.
