摘要
针对目前我国中型建筑设计企业组织结构的规划和调整现状,采取"院所"两级的管理模式,对综合所和专业所两种形式各自的优缺点作了介绍,就建筑设计企业组织结构的设计标准和调整原则进行了探讨,以达到企业组织结构调整的目的。
Aiming at the planning and adjustment situation of the organization structure in medium enterprises for architectural design in our country, the paper adopts the management model of the two-stage of institutes, introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive institute and the professional institute respectively, and explores the standards and adjustment principles for the organization structure design of the architectural and design enterprises, in order to achieve the organization structural adjustment in enterprises.
